In 2010, the first phase of the annual production of 50000 tons of biodiesel project was officially put into operation making it the first enterprise in China to produce biodiesel blended fuel oil.

In 2011, Weifang City, relying on Jinxinda Company, won the first batch of national pilot cities representing the resource utilization of kitchen waste in Shandong Province.

In 2012, Weifang City earned the first batch of national pilot cities for the resource utilization of kitchen waste based on this project.

In 2015, the first phase of the food and kitchen waste resource utilization project began commercial trial operation. The Vice Mayor of Weifang City held an on-site meeting in Jinxinda.

In 2016, it passed the national acceptance of pilot city projects and became the only prefecture level city to pass the national acceptance.

In 2021, with the construction of the second phase of the kitchen project and subsequent technological upgrades, the process technology is internationally leading, and biodiesel meets European standards.
